Winter 2001/2002

CEASE ran the below ad over fall and winter of 2001/2002 to raise awareness about fur obtained by trapping and from fur farms. The ad appeared in Boston subway cars and in the Boston Globe and Boston Herald.

“Trapped or ranched, fur production is unspeakably cruel to animals.
Four million animals die in traps annually in the US, and three million more die on fur farms. Most die just for fur trim—a collar or a cuff. PLEASE DON'T BUY FUR COATS OR FUR TRIM.”
